We traveled over seven hours for a family wedding and were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The upgrade to a one-bedroom suite was a fantastic first impression, although the room felt a bit dark during the day due to limited sunlight. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the hotel was clean, making our stay enjoyable despite a few minor concerns. I'd definitely consider returning for more exploration next time!

Our one-bedroom suite was spacious and clean but somewhat dark since it was located on the top floor with dormered windows. The beds were comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay overall.

The location is great, with plenty of activities and attractions nearby. It was easy to access various sites, which made our stay much more enjoyable.
Dining
6.0
While breakfast had some hits, like the omelette station, overall dining options could improve as some items felt stale and limited.

We had an amazing time at the resort for our ski trip! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring that we had a fantastic experience. The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit outdated. The on-site ski school was excellent for our children, but we were a bit let down by the dining options, which weren't up to par given the prices.

The resort has a beautiful appearance on the surface, but I found the lack of amenities and activities underwhelming. While the service was friendly and the staff made an effort to help, the dining quality left much to be desired for the price. My room was decent, though it didn't meet my expectations as it lacked basic essentials like a cooking surface. Overall, it was a mediocre experience that didn't quite live up to the anticipated spa getaway.

Rooms
6.0
The room was decent and spacious, but it lacked a cooking surface and had only a mini fridge and a tiny microwave.
Service

The staff was friendly and helpful, but I found them unable to provide me with the amenities I was hoping for.

Facilities were limited, leaving few options for entertainment or relaxation outside of the main resort atmosphere.

The resort is beautifully secluded, making it perfect for a quiet getaway, but be prepared for limited activities and dining options during the off-season. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, but the setup may not be ideal for everyone, especially those who have mobility issues. The room had its quirks, but overall, it was a decent experience with a few areas that could use improvement.

Rooms
7.0
The room was cozy and had a lovely mountain view, but the decor felt a bit dated for the price we paid. The spiral staircase was a little tricky to navigate.
Service
9.0
Service was outstanding with attentive and friendly staff available whenever needed, but the check-out process was a bit chaotic with insufficient carts.
Location
6.0
The location is quite remote, which is nice for peace and quiet, but it limits your access to nearby activities and dining options.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was decent but lacked variety, and the wait for a table was frustrating, especially for early risers looking to hit the slopes.
Facilities
7.0
The resort offers good facilities, such as a nice hot tub, but finding them can be a bit confusing, and some areas were not adequately staffed during busy times.

We had a memorable family trip to the hotel. The service we received was fantastic, particularly from Marissa, who helped us with ski tickets seamlessly. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the slopes, although it does involve some stairs. Our room was decent and equipped with a small kitchen, but the ski locker situation could use improvement. Overall, a great stay with a fantastic outdoor hot tub to unwind after skiing.
